Ordering information and closing days over Christmas
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. For this reason, we would like to inform you in an early stage that delivery delays may occur towards the end of the year. In order to ensure that you receive your ordered goods as quickly as possible at the turn of the year, we would like to draw your attention briefly to the following delivery restrictions:
- Goods in stock can be ordered and shipped until 12 a.m. 22.12.22
- For goods that are not available from stock at ICPDAS-EUROPE, an order until 06.12.2022 is required to ensure delivery in 2022.
- Orders received after 22.12.22 can, depending on availability, be processed and delivered from week 2 in 2023 onwards.
- Deliveries in the new year are possible starting from 09.01.2023
IMPORTANT:
For larger order quantities after 6.12.2022, delivery in 2022 cannot be guaranteed, depending on availability. Please contact our sales team.
For customers with prepayment, a proof of payment must be available in addition to the order until the respective end dates.
CLOSING DAYS
Our office is closed over the Christmas season from 23.12.2022 to 02.01.2023 and 06.01.2023. From 19th January 2023 you can reach us again.
