Order
Currently you can pay by prepayment or invoice. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.
Unfortunately, no. As a B2B trader, we sell exclusively to companies and professionals.
You will be redirected to a page with the summary of your order. Here you will see your order number "WEB-ORD xxxxx" an overview of the ordered products as well as shipping and payment information.
If you log in under "My account", you can view all orders under the heading "Your orders". Alternatively, you can also use the link in the order confirmation email.
For goods in stock that have not yet been shipped and orders that have not yet been paid in advance, you can cancel at no extra cost. To do so, please contact your contact person at ICPDAS-EUROPE by e-mail, stating your order number.
Unfortunately, goods that have been ordered explicitly for you can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery
Standard shipping is via DPD, we can also offer you express shipping on request. We are also happy to handle shipping via your parcel service provider, please contact your contact person at ICPDAS-EUROPE in this case.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification via email. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
For stock items, the delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days and within the EU 2-5 working days.
If we do not have the items in stock, a purchasing time of 2-3 weeks for shipping from Taiwan is added to the delivery time.
Customer account
To place an order, you must register as a customer in our webshop. For this purpose, please enter your contact and company details as well as delivery and billing address.
When you log in to your customer account, select the "Address" field under "My account". Here you can change existing addresses or create new ones.
