Questions about ordering
▶ What payment methods are available in the online store?
You can currently pay by prepayment or invoice or PayPal. Unfortunately, credit card payments are not possible.
▶ Can I buy products from ICPDAS-EUROPE as a private individual?
As a B2B retailer, we sell exclusively to companies and tradespeople.
▶ What happens when I place a paid order for my shopping cart?
You will be redirected to a page with a summary of your order. Here you will see your order number "WEB-ORD xxxxx", an overview of the products ordered as well as shipping and payment information.
▶ Where can I view the current status of my order?
If you log in under "My account", you can view all your orders under the heading "Your orders". Alternatively, you can also use the link in the order confirmation email.
▶ Can I change or cancel an order at a later date?
You can cancel stock items that have not yet been dispatched and orders that have not yet been paid for in advance at no extra cost. Please contact your contact person at ICPDAS-EUROPE by e-mail, stating your order number. Unfortunately, goods that have been ordered explicitly for you can no longer be canceled.
Questions about delivery
▶ Which delivery providers are offered?
Standard shipping is via DPD, but we can also offer express shipping on request. We are also happy to handle shipping via your parcel service provider, please get in touch with your contact at ICPDAS-EUROPE.
▶ Where can I check the status of my delivery?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail. This e-mail contains a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
▶ What delivery time should I expect?
The delivery time for stock items is 1-2 working days within Germany and 2-5 working days within the EU. If we do not have the items in stock, a procurement time of 2-3 weeks is added to the delivery time for shipping from Taiwan.
Questions about the customer account
▶ Why is it necessary to register?
To place an order, you must register as a customer in our webshop. To do this, please enter your contact and company details as well as your delivery and billing address.
▶ Where can I change my delivery address?
When you log in to your customer account, select the "Address" field under "My account". Here you can change existing addresses or create new ones.
▶ I have forgotten my password, how can I log in again?
You can request a new password via the following link: https://icpdas-europe.com/account/recover
After submitting your request, you will receive an e-mail with a link where you can create your new password. Please note that this link is only valid for 2 hours.
