I/O Exp. Board /VPD/4AI/2AO/4DI/4DOThe XV310 is a multifunction expansion board that includes 4 analog input channels, 2 analog output channels, 4 digital input channels and 4 digital output channels. It provides a programmable input range on all analog input channels (+/-1 V, +/-2.5 V, +/-5 V, +/-10 V, +/-20 mA, 0 ~ 20 mA or 4 ~ 20 mA), analog output channels are 12- bit at +/-5 V, +/-10 V, 0 ~ 20 mA or 4 ~ 20 mA. Each analog input channel can be configured for an individual range and provides a high overvoltage protection of 120 VDC. Voltage and current inputs/outputs are jumper selectable.

Analog and digital IO modules
The acquisition of analog signals is carried out via the direct connection of volts, mV, mA, thermocouples, Pt100, Pt1000 and strain gauges. We also offer counter inputs for digital inputs. For the control and regulation of important outputs you can choose between analog (V, mV, A) and digital as well as relay outputs.

Simple recording of process data
Especially in the environment of IIoT, it is becoming more and more important to collect additional process data. The challenge here is not to influence the reliable and stable operation of the application. The proven I/O module series from ICPDAS create the ideal prerequisites for a process-accompanying and simple data acquisition.
The simple configuration of the I/O modules enables fast integration without affecting the existing processes. For decentralized remote applications, we recommend our modules with compact and small design. IO modules for harsh industrial environments
All I/O modules are equipped with a DIN rail and control cabinet mounting option as standard for quick installation. The configuration options for the power-on values and safe value settings ensure important safety functions for harsh environments. Due to the robust design, the I/O modules can be used universally in a temperature range of -25°C ~ +75°C. The safe power supply via the +10 ~ +30 VDC input with overvoltage protection rounds off the industrial character of the I/O module series from ICPDAS.
